- Facilitating communication between you and independent dental clinics or medical providers;
- Assisting with logistical arrangements (such as accommodation or transport recommendations);
- Providing general information about dental tourism options in Vietnam.
We negotiate substantial discounts with selected dental providers, which are passed on directly to you.
Our revenue is derived solely from the providers, not from customers. This ensures full transparency and no additional cost to you.
You acknowledge that we act solely as an independent coordination and facilitation service. We do not verify or guarantee the accuracy or currency of any information supplied by Providers or other third parties, and all reliance upon such information is at your sole risk.
3. Independent Providers
All dental and medical services are delivered by independent third-party clinics or licensed practitioners (“Providers”).
These Providers operate under their own licenses, professional regulations, and local laws.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Any treatment agreement is exclusively between you and the Provider;
- We do not act as an agent, broker, or representative for any clinic or doctor;
- We do not endorse, guarantee, or verify the accuracy of any Provider’s credentials, experience, or pricing;
- We are not responsible or liable for the outcome, quality, or consequences of any medical or dental treatment;
- You expressly waive any and all claims against Health Asia Group arising from or related to any act, omission, error, or negligence of any Provider or third party.
4. Payments
We do not accept, hold, or transfer any payments from customers for medical, dental, or travel services.
All payments are made directly between you and the relevant third party (clinic, hotel, or transport provider).
Our company is compensated only by the Providers through pre-agreed commercial arrangements.
Any quotes, invoices, or pricing information shared by us are for informational purposes only and not binding.
5. No Medical Advice
All information provided by us, whether in writing, verbally, or online, is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You are responsible for seeking independent professional medical advice before making any healthcare decisions. Reliance on any information provided by us is strictly at your own risk.
You warrant that you have obtained a professional medical opinion on your fitness to travel internationally for the requested procedure. Furthermore, you acknowledge that obtaining informed consent for any and all medical or dental procedures is solely your responsibility, and this consent must be provided directly by you to the chosen Provider, not to Health Asia Group.
6. Customer Responsibilities
By using our Services, you confirm and agree that you:
- Are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
- Have conducted your own due diligence regarding any clinic, treatment, or travel plan;
- Accept full responsibility for your medical, financial, and travel decisions;
- Will obtain your own medical, travel, and cancellation insurance;
- Will comply with all immigration, visa, and health requirements relevant to travel to Vietnam.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed EUR 100 (one hundred euros) or the equivalent amount in local currency.
- We shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense (including death, disability, infection, or unsatisfactory results) arising from:
- Any dental or medical treatment received from a Provider;
- Any negligence, omission, or breach by a Provider or third party;
- Any travel or accommodation arrangements, cancellations, or delays;
- Any advice, miscommunication, or documentation provided by any third party.
- We make no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, as to the suitability, safety, reliability, or success of any procedure, Provider, or travel arrangement.
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Health Asia Group, its owners, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
(a) your use of any Provider or third-party service;
(b) any breach of these Terms; or
(c) your violation of any law or rights of a third party.
8. No Guarantee of Outcomes
We do not guarantee:
- Acceptance by any clinic or doctor;
- The availability, cost, or quality of any treatment;
- Specific dental, aesthetic, or medical outcomes.
All outcomes depend entirely on the professional judgment of the Provider and your personal health circumstances.
You acknowledge that medical and dental procedures inherently carry risks, including potential complications, infection, or unsatisfactory results. You voluntarily assume all such risks when engaging any Provider and release Health Asia Group from any related liability.
9. Travel, Accommodation, and Third-Party Services
We may provide assistance or recommendations for travel, accommodation, or leisure activities, but:
- All bookings are made directly by you with third parties;
- We are not responsible for cancellations, damages, losses, delays, or changes caused by airlines, hotels, or transport providers;
- You assume all risks associated with international travel and local logistics.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, loss, or cost arising from your dealings with such third parties or from any travel-related incident.
10. Privacy and Data Use
We collect only the personal information necessary to coordinate your requested services.
By submitting your details, you authorize us to share them with selected Providers and service partners solely for coordination purposes.
By submitting your personal information, you consent to its transfer and processing in Vietnam and other jurisdictions as required to coordinate your requested services. You acknowledge that data protection laws in those jurisdictions may differ from those in your country of residence.
We do not store payment information and will never request credit card or banking details.
Our privacy practices comply with EU GDPR and relevant Vietnamese data protection laws.
By using our Services, you provide us with explicit, specific, and informed consent to collect, process, and transfer your personal health information (including, but not limited to, medical history, clinical records, and treatment plans) to the selected independent Providers and third-party partners solely for the purpose of coordinating and facilitating your treatment and travel. You understand this information will be handled according to the data protection laws of Vietnam.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Any dispute, claim, or legal action arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved amicably between the parties. Failing resolution within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in accordance with the Rules of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC). The language of arbitration shall be English.
We are not a party to any disputes between you and any Provider or third party and will not mediate or arbitrate on your behalf.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

- Health Asia Group does not provide medical or dental treatment;
- Health Asia Group does not accept or handle payments from customers for such treatments;
- All dental or medical services are rendered by independent third-party Providers;
- You have conducted your own research and accept all risks associated with your travel and treatment decisions;
- You release Health Asia Group, its directors, employees, and affiliates from all responsibility or liability arising from your use of any third-party services.
By checking the acceptance box or proceeding with a booking or inquiry, you confirm your full agreement with these Terms.
16. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable or deemed in default for any delay or failure in performance of our obligations under these Terms resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, acts of government, war, terrorism, strikes, or failure of telecommunications or transportation systems.
17. Website and Information Disclaimer
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that all information on our website, social media, or communications is accurate and current, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding its completeness, reliability, or accuracy. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.
18. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, social media, and communications, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Health Asia Group and protected by international intellectual property laws. You are prohibited from using, reproducing, or distributing any of our content without our express written permission.
